Bitter cold wind runs sharply through my body
Cutting with razor sharpness to my very heart
My hearts only protection from these icy daggers is the roaring flames of your love

The last time we strolled the winter woods the signs posting the level of fire danger read "Sylent Chaos", a state of alert most severe
But the fires you set ablaze is kindled not from wood but in my beating heart
I am warmed by your very touch or even from a stray smoldering glance from across a crowded room
You can't fully realize the effect your attentions have on my tortured soul
My very existence is brightened by your attendance in my life
