Love's Stretching

Your beauty haunts me
Eyes of wonder excite me
Lips full and rich invite me
Bobbed nose with flaring nostrils entice me
Your red tresses inflame me
The nape of you neck begs to be kissed
Your ear lobes scream to be nibbled
Your loving form calls for continuous holding and hugging
And I am ecstatic to oblige you in all of this above and more
The only worry that I have is that there may come a day you will no longer enjoy my company, my companionship and my heartfelt love
But I know I shall never not love you and my heart is yours as long as you wish
It may be we are not destined to be lovers only life long friends
Only time will tell but know that such would also be cherished
Only honest conversation on the subject will result in understanding
My love is strong and my sense of friendship even stronger
Your very presence gives me energy to go on and the power to do more
Time and circumstance may separate us physically but never emotionally
