But the moments of unmitigated joy more than make up for it
I would not lie to you there are many loves in my life 
Some trivial and others like that of you unshakable in it's foundation
And also understand that just because I love more than one person no problems arise from this truthful statement
For love takes many forms 
That of a dear and trusted friend of years
The protective guiding love you have for a child 
The lasting ever strengthen love that only grows with time and communication
Yes I can truly tell you that you are deeply loved
How deeply this love will go remains to be seen
Time is the greatest tool for our love, followed closely by open discussion
Never fear that the fact that I have other forms of love will diminish ours
For truly the heart is a muscle that is only strengthened by use
So let us both be heart healthy and work out often beginning with repeated hugs
Together we can bring our love to whatever level we can both be comfortable with
