A gentle breeze as a gentle touch
Try to soak it in but it's all too much
The softest earth and the burning flame
And soothing water to ease the pain
And though the shadows hide the fire in your eye
I raise my hands and let my spirit fly
And in slower motions I make the sign
Of elemental powers and blessings divine
We are all born of nature and to it we return
Whether we drown under water or left in fire to burn
Whether we are swept away by the wind or simply whither away
We all end up in the same earth just on a different day
So bring your hands together and whisper to the breeze
Sing a song to a candle and dance before the trees
But remember always through word, rhyme, and riddle
That amidst air, water, earth, fire, and spirit.. we are all in the
middle
