The Infinite Woman

In the deepest darkness she shines so bright
A shimmering spectacle in even the dimmest moonlight
She does not start nor does she ever end
Once you think she's passed she's come around again
With a limitless smile and never-ending eyes
And no measure to the tears that flow when she cries
She is here and also there and elsewhere as well
Perhaps she's right beside you now and you're not able to tell
She's every grain of sand, every enemy, and every friend
She's all the water in the ocean, the trees, and the wind
And most of all she is the moon
Who's fall is too early and rise never too soon
And it is by her grace that I create these lines
And it will be by her love that it stays this way for all time
