Photography (Sunrise)

Equipment burden effort,
weighs heavy upon passion.
A flashlight guides his sleepy step.
Dew drenched feet blister determination;
frozen breaths befriend his drought of patience.
He awaits daybreak.

A parched spirit is gifted him
as the horizon births a new day.
His imagination mocked by rays of monotony.
He'll forgive time it's waste
and return again tomorrow.
